We pray and hope you love your purchase!
But if not, we accept returns of not worn items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label.
We do not accept exchanges of items.
Orders from the USA return requests must be within 7 days of tracking showing delivered status. After completing the return submission, items need to be shipped to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- You will get an email after return has been processed for confirmation.
Orders shipped to non-US countries are not eligible for returns, but if you encounter any quality issues, please reach out to us.
